What we collect
When you submit the project form, we collect what you enter: your name, business, email, optional phone and website, your project details, and any files you upload. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your inquiry, scope and manage any resulting project, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
Trusted providers process information on our behalf so the site can operate: Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for our database, Resend for email, and Cloudflare for domain and email routing. They may process data in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet business, tax, and legal requirements, then delete them.
Security
Uploaded files are stored privately and only signed-in staff can reach them. No online service is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version posted here is the current one.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@naluzlabs.com.
